We could have lunch in Restaurant Hoogheid set within 50 feet. Even the Schiphol airport was not so far. Located in 4.3 miles from paleis het loo. We appreciated the fact that we chose charme hotel oranjeoord.

I loved the location and the staff. The food was great a little expensive however to be expected. The room was too small for 3 as they wedged in a camp bed for our son I could see there were larger rooms available but were not offered an alternative. As an englishman I was too polite to ask or complain.overall 4 out of 5.Be sure to visit the Zoo 3 miles away well worth it.
Room was too small for three and we booked a room for three thinking there would be 3 proper beds.

This hotel is located in a peaceful area, surrounded by beautiful forests, making it perfect for nature lovers and those seeking a tranquil retreat. The rooms may not be luxurious, but they are clean and well-maintained, with charming period furniture and stunning views to enjoy. The breakfast offered at this hotel is fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. It's a great way to start the day and fuel up before exploring the nearby hiking trails or attractions.
Although everything else was fine, the noise from the kitchen and washing-up room was a bit disruptive during the night.

Friendly staff, quiet location, and decent mattresses. Hotel restaurant is more gourmet than we budgeted for, but was excellent nonetheless.

Location
If travelling as a family, check if they want to book you into room 35. If so, find another Hotel. If eating in the restaurant with a family, start early. Quality and menu selection excellent but caters for locals and regulars first, it is a gourmet restaurant.

The building was refurbished beautifully and it was easy to see the clever and tasteful design touches. The food was excellent and the location was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a New Year’s getaway.
The service at the restaurant was quite disappointing. We were told the restaurant was fully booked even though there were empty tables and that we could only have dinner in the bar where we waited for two hours for our main dish. Additionally, the breakfast didn't start before 8 a.m. on Saturdays which made it difficult for us and other guests who had to leave early.

I was upgraded to a bigger room without charge and without asking. I was offered an free entree at dinner. I was given as much time as I needed for eating. There was no rush, plenty of different spaces for different needs. It was a quiet Monday night, but that meant we got extra attention. Lovely after a difficult day's Business.

Spent Christmas here with family and we liked the food and the location. The food was great, especially the desserts. The location was also great for us since it was close to the Christmas market which we really enjoyed. Another thing we liked was the beautiful view from our room, it was amazing.
the noise from the other rooms was disturbing and affected our sleep. the quality of the food wasn't consistent and some dishes were lukewarm.
